NPTC offers three convenient methods to register:
1) REGISTER ONLINE
Please click here to Register Online using our secure transaction site. Credit card orders only. You must be logged-in to receive the discounted member attendee rate.
2) REGISTER BY FAX
View and print PDF Registration Form. Complete the form, including credit card information, and fax to NPTC at (703)683-1217.
3) REGISTER BY MAIL
View and print PDF Registration Form. Complete the form and return with check payable to NPTC. Mail registration form and payment to NPTC, 950 N. Glebe Road, Suite 530, Arlington, VA 22203-4183. All checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S.-based bank.
Note: For fax and mail orders, a separate registration form must be used for each individual registrant. Team discount attendee rate is available ONLY for orders of three or more PAID registrants received together at the exact SAME TIME. NPTC only accepts check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express as forms of payment.
Exhibitor & Sponsor COMPs
Exhibitors and sponsors earn a certain number of complimentary (comp) full registrations depending on the size of the booth and/or level of sponsorship. You must first use your comp registrations before making any paid registrations. To check your comp registration status, email Kristen Todd at

Also, note that you cannot use the online system for comp registrations, the online system is for paid registrations only -- Comp registrations must be processed manually by downloading the PDF Registration Form and submitting it to NPTC by fax at (703)683-1217. Please write "comp" on the registration form(s).
Cancellation Policy
Written notification (email is acceptable) to NPTC of registration cancellation must be received 45-days prior to the start of the event to receive a full refund less a $75.00 administrative fee per person. No refunds for registration will be issued within 45-days of the start of the event.
