4) REGISTER BY MAIL

View and print  PDF Registration Form here. Complete the form and return with check payable to NPTC. Mail registration form and payment to NPTC, 950 N. Glebe Road, Suite 530, Arlington, VA 22203-4183. All checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S.-based bank.

1) For fax and mail orders, a separate registration form must be used for each individual registrant.
2) NPTC ONLY accepts check, EFT/ACH, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) of registration cancellation must be received 21-days prior to the start of the event (Friday, August 25, 2017) to receive a full refund of registration fees paid less a $75.00 administrative cancellation fee per person. No refunds for registration will be issued within 21-days of the start of the event - NO EXCEPTIONS.
