Your registration includes admission to all general sessions, social events, meals, educational sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Registration materials will be available for pick up at our registration desk in the Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm Street. The hours of operation for the registration desk are:
+ Saturday, April 27 - 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
+ Sunday, April 28 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
+ Monday, April 29 - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Attire:
The dress code for NPTC 2013 is business casual.

CTP Recertification Points:
Individuals who have their CTP designation earn 25 points toward their Recertification by attending this three-day event.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your registration, please notify NPTC in writing, either by fax or email on or before March 15, 2013. Written requests for cancellations will receive a full refund less a $75.00 administrative fee per person. No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2013.
