Booth Fees & Sizes
Exhibit Rates below for standard booth sizes. Other sizes may be available. This fee is for the rental of the booth space only -- it does NOT include items ordered from the decorator, Freeman (like carpet or furniture rental, etc.), or the Duke Energy Center (electricity, internet, etc.).

Prior to December 1, 50 percent of the booth rental fee is required to reserve a booth, with the remaining 50 percent invoiced on January 2, and due within 30-days. New booth sales after December 1, require 100 percent (full) payment to reserve booth.
Exhibitor Service Manual/Kit
Freeman Company is our official exhibit hall decorator. The NPTC 2012 Exhibitor Service Manual, where you can order carpet (required), rental furniture, electricity, internet connections, booth setup, shipping, and more, is available online for quick and accurate service. Exhibit booths provide Complimentary Full Registrations based on the following schedule: 10’ x 10’ = one (1) complimentary registration; 10’ x 20’ = two (2) complimentary registrations; 20’ x 20’ = three (3) complimentary registrations; and, 20’ x 30’ or larger = four (4) complimentary registrations.
Note: Your exhibit booth entitles you to Complimentary Full Registration(s) based on the size of your booth. To assign your comp registration(s) to your attendees, please CLICK HERE or click on My Account. Only the main exhibit company contact can assign comp registrations. You must be logged-in to access your comps. Note: Your website username is your email and if you don’t know your password, click on “Forgot your password.”
Once at the registration page, you can assign your comp registration(s) to yourself, to others from your company that are already in our database, or to someone entirely new from your company. You can also purchase additional paid registrations at that time (one to two registrants are $625/pp, three or more registrants are $600/pp). If you prefer to submit your registrations manually, the registration form is available in PDF format here. Please note that comp registration DO NOT count towards the team discount for paid registrations.
All registrants (paid and comp) will receive an email confirmation of their registration. For your reference, here is a copy of this confirmation letter.
Advance Datafile of Registrants
All exhibitors receive an electronic datafile of attendees twice prior to the event (in early March and early April) and another, final datafile of attendees, following the event. The datafile includes registrant name, title, company, full address, phone and fax (email addresses are NOT available).
Lead Retrieval Systems
NPTC 2013 does NOT offer or operate lead retrieval systems.

Meeting for Selection of 2014 Exhibit Booth Space
The meeting for priority selection of 2014 exhibit booth spaces will take place on-site in Cincinnati on Monday, April 29, 2012, at 1:15pm, in the Duke Energy Convention Center (exact meeting room location will be reported to you prior to the event). Please have someone from your company participate in this meeting to ensure your preferred booth space for NPTC 2014 in Cincinnati.
The dress code for NPTC 2013 is business casual.
