The Benchmarking Survey is designed for the benefit of NPTC fleet members to compare their operation to other best-in-class performers, to identify strategic areas of opportunity, and to enhance their value proposition.
We are once again partnering with Dynamic Benchmarking to offer an upgraded, easy‑to‑use survey experience. Participants can import last year’s data with a single click, making annual submissions faster and simpler than ever.
To streamline collaboration, respondents may download the full survey in Excel, share it with internal teams, complete sections in any order, save progress, and return at any time. The platform’s built‑in progress tracking also makes it easy to stay current on what’s complete and what still needs attention.
Each NPTC Fleet member’s primary membership contact receives direct access to the survey platform. If you have questions or need help accessing the survey, please reach out to benchmarking@nptc.org for assistance.
Confidentiality and trust are hallmarks of the Benchmarking Survey Report. All proprietary data collected from participating NPTC Fleet members is treated as privileged and confidential. Aggregated data shown in the Benchmarking Survey Report is anonymous and presented without attribution as to individuals or their corporate affiliation. NPTC retains sole and exclusive management control over all aspects of the Report’s production and distribution.
