NPTC, J.J. Keller Webcast Features Driver Performance Scorecards

Arlington, VA – The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is again teaming with J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. to present a FREE webcast on “Driver Performance Scorecards” on Wednesday, December 5, 2007, from 1:00 – 2:30 pm (Central).

Based on extensive interest among attendees of the last webcast, Jim Angel, CTP, from Atrium Companies returns to walk attendees through a number of issues surrounding his company's implementation and use of driver performance scorecards including: building the scorecard, data capture and populating the scorecard, improvements in driver interaction, results (driver turnover, driver attitude, performance, productivity), links to compensation, benefits to the company, changes to recruiting and assessment standards, and changes to dispatcher/fleet manager competencies.

The webcast, which will be moderated by Gary Petty, President & CEO, NPTC, will include presentations from:
