Webcast to Examine Impact of Hours of Service Ruling on Private Fleets

Arlington, VA – AIn response to the recent U.S. Court of Appeals ruling vacating portions of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s hours of service regulations, the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) has teamed with J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc., to conduct a free webcast to analyze the impact of the decision on private fleets.

The webcast, which will be held from 2:00-3:30 p.m. (Eastern) on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, will feature the insights of NPTC General Counsel Rick Schweitzer and Daren Hansen, Editor of Transport Safety, J. J. Keller & Associates.
