NPTC is fully committed to holding the meeting as a “live” and in-person event with no option to participate virtually. We are working closely with our partners to provide a meeting and exhibition environment incorporating the latest safety, health and sanitization protection protocols to ensure the well-being of Annual Conference attendees.
Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza
- Face coverings recommended for unvaccinated guests
- Hilton’s CleanStay program employs rigorous protocols and disinfection of guest rooms, amenities, dining and public areas and contactless arrival. View a video of the program here.
- Hilton’s EventReady with CleanStay program expands on the elevated sanitation standards of the Hilton CleanStay program, addressing every touch point of the meeting experience including social distancing.
Duke Energy Convention Center
- Face coverings recommended for unvaccinated guests
- Sanitization Breaks between workshops-Use Electrostatic Sprayers to spray PathoCide onto frequently touched surfaces (chairs, handrails, etc.)
- Hand Sanitizing Stations throughout the space
- MERV 13 or Higher Filtration System throughout the building

NPTC Programming
- Registration: Registration desk outside of exhibit hall will feature plexiglass security screens for safety as well as 6-foot distancing signage when standing in lines.
- Workshops: Attendee seating areas will be organized so that social distancing protocols are met.
- Additional flex-time will be built into the schedule to lessen crowding in elevators and common areas.
- Attendance in general sessions, workshops and social functions will be closely monitored to ensure social distancing protocols are followed.
