CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation requests emailed to register@nptc.org before August 1, 2025, are eligible for a refund less a $100/per person cancellation fee. No refunds for attendee cancellations will be issued after August 1, 2025 – no exceptions.
- It is strongly suggested to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend: email ktodd@nptc.org to request an attendee substitution.
