CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests emailed to register@nptc.org before August 1, 2025, are eligible for a refund less a $100/per person cancellation fee. No refunds for attendee cancellations will be issued after August 1, 2025 – no exceptions.
  • It is strongly suggested to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend: email ktodd@nptc.org to request an attendee substitution.

NOTES

  • NPTC Membership is corporate; if your company is a member, you are eligible to receive the discounted ‘member’ registration rate. For information on how your company can become a member, please click here.
  • NPTC accepts ACH/wire transfer, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment (for ACH/wire transfer details, please email gmundell@nptc.org).
