Alexandria, VA – The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) will hold its Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition April 27 – 29, 2003 at the Cervantes Convention Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Chief Richard Picciotto, Fire Department of New York, will be the Sunday Brunch Kick-Off Speaker. Chief Picciotto was the highest-ranking firefighter to survive the World Trade Center collapse and the last man to escape the devastation. He is the author of the best selling book, Last Man Down.

"NPTC 2003: The Gateway to Your Success," has been designed to help attendees address and find solutions to the challenges facing the transportation industry today.
