Richard LaRoche Joins NPTC

Alexandria, VA – The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is pleased to announce that Richard LaRoche has joined the Council as its Director of Membership. “NPTC is very fortunate to have a professional of Rich's caliber on board,” said Gary Petty, President and CEO of the Council.

Working closely with Tony Jolly, CTP, Chairman of the Membership Committee and members of the Committee, Rich will be responsible for new member recruitment, member retention, and programs designed to boost member involvement.

LaRoche joins NPTC after recently retiring from a 32-year career with the Federal Government. His experience includes personal property management with expertise in the areas of property disposal, policy and procedure development, and staff oversight. He was also active with the National Property Management Association, including four years as Director of Legislative Affairs.

Rich has an MBA from Florida State University, and a BA from the University of Maine.
